JAY ENTERPRISES BEGINS MANUFACTURING OF CAMLOCK COUPLING IN INCONEL 625

Whilst usually camlock couplings are manufactured in Stainless steel, Aluminium, Brass and Polypropylene, there has been a recent increase in demand for camlock coupling in Nickel alloys and other specialty alloys.

We are pleased to inform that Jay Enterprises India is one of the few manufacturers in the world, which is manufacturing camlock Couplings in Inconel 625.

What is Inconel 625 Material?

Inconel 625 is Nickel Based Super alloy developed for High Corrosion resistance and High mechanical Strength. Inconel 625 contains around 22% Chromium, 9% Molybdenum and around 58% Nickel. The high strength is derived from the effect of Molybdenum and Niobium on its Nickel-Chromium Matrix.

What are the advantages of Using Inconel 625 material?

Inconel 625 alloy has fantastic Corrosion resistance, With stress cracking and pitting resistance properties.

Where can Inconel 625 camlock Couplings Used?

Camlock Couplings in Inconel 625 can be used in application where high amounts of Corrosive fluids such as Co2 and Hydrogen Sulphide( H2S) are used. Hence the Oil and gas industry where high amounts H2S are present in the Crude oil are the largest users of Inconel 625 Camlock Coupling.

What do we provide?

Jay Enterprises is one of the Few companies able to manufacture Camlock Coupling in Inconel 625. Since we manufacture or Camlock Couplings by casting, we are able to provide Camlock Couplings in Grade ASTM A494 CW6MC.
