Super Austenitic Grade Camlock Coupling
Super Austenitic Stainless Steel belong the family of Austenitic Stainless steel having High Content of Molybdenum ( Usually more than 6%) . The PREN Value of these Grades are usually more than 40.
These steels have excellent corrosion resistance in chloride rich environment such as seawater and HCl and also in sulfuric acid environment.
Manufacturers of Super Austenitic Grade Couplings are rare to find, and We at Jay Enterprises have successfully manufactured, supplied and exported Camlock Couplings in these grades.
For grade 904L, Jay Enterprises is possibly the only supplier to have successfully Cast and Supplied Camlock Couplings

- All Items are Heat treated to Achieve Ideal Chemical & mechanical properties and Corrosion resistance.

Testing
- Test report for Impact testing up to Temperatures of -50C available on request.
- Intergranular Corrosion testing as per ASTM A262 Available on request.
- Pitting & Crevice corrosion testing as per ASTM G48.
