SHIPPING / RETURNS

SHIPPING

All Goods which are ordered BY THE BUYER and are in ready stock, will be shipped to the buyer within 3 working days through a reputed logistics company, or any other logistics  company as nominated by the buyer.

Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

For Good which are not in stock, customized or bespoke order, the shipping & Delivery time will be indicated at the time of inquiry itself. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these delivery times.

At times due to un-avoidable circumstances, there may be a delay in delivery and/or shipping, In such a case this delay will be intimated to the buyer.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final due to the nature of the products , and are not returnable AND HENCE NON REFUNDABLE. In case of any defect in the product the seller’s liability is limited to repair and/or replacement of the product. Return shipping is to be borne by the buyer.
